On our first trip to Ireland, we had the good fortune of meeting Sean Daly at his shop in Dingle. Sean hand cuts a wide selection of glassware. He was very welcoming and helpful to us, and helped us pick out a lovely pair of whiskey glasses. They were delivered to us on time and in great condition. Should we make a return trip, we will be sure to pay him a visit. I highly recommend a visit to his shop.

I am from the USA and found Sean Daly’s shop in Waterford in 1998. I had just come from the big Waterford factory and saw Sean’s on the way back. It was a small shop but the crystal shone like the brightest diamonds.I bought many pieces and had them shipped home.Sean talked about doing a copy of the Ardagh Chalice in 1998. I got to go back in 2000 and went back to the shop in Waterford, Sean was in Dingle, but I met his handsome son and I bought the copy of the Ardagh Chalice he had made and a lot more crystal.I own Waterford Crystal but the crystal I bought from Sean has deeper sharper cuts and I love it very much. I hope to get back someday and I will go to Dingle. Good luck to Sean and his family.

This is a MUST do in Dingle! The crystal is handsomely displayed and while you shop you can enjoy a pastry and some coffee! I was fascinated by the patterns as they grew in intricacy from case to case. The various pieces make it easy to find something unique to share or save for yourself upon returning home. I plan on keeping in close contact with Dingle Crystal and look forward to being a repeat customer! Keep your artistry going and i hope to return to see you again!

I stopped at Dingle Crystal and had a wonderful experience selecting a piece for my mother. The artist’s son spent time to answer each of my many questions, and really wanted me to be happy with my decision. With so many beautiful options it was hard to choose. Once the purchase was made, the piece was then carefully wrapped and shipped back to the states. Today, it has pride of place in my mothers house where it sparkles in the morning sun like a thousand diamonds.
